BRIDGING QUANTUM PHYSICS
AND OPTOELECTRONIC ENGINEERING
We investigate symmetry, chirality, and light–matter interactions in low-dimensional quantum materials — and translate those physical principles into functional optoelectronic platforms.
Our Mission
FROM FUNDAMENTAL MECHANISMS
TO DEVICE-RELEVANT ARCHITECTURES
At the Semiconductor & Optoelectronics Lab, we investigate how symmetry, chirality, and light–matter interactions shape the optical and electronic behavior of low-dimensional quantum materials.
By combining polarization-resolved spectroscopy, momentum-space optics, photo-transport, and device-level measurements, we connect fundamental mechanisms to scalable optoelectronic concepts.
